SHIPPING POLICY
Please ensure your address is entered correctly in order to receive your order within the time frame we advertise. Make sure you use the correct abbreviation and insert spaces between words properly. If there are any issues verifying your address, customer service will reach out to you to try and resolve these
issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you still do not respond, your order will be canceled and you'll be refunded.

Unfortunately order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. If you realize that your shipping address was incorrect, please contact us right away and we will do our best to correct the situation. If we are unable to, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE!
Shipping fees are not refundable.

If you refuse any shipments from kaykaycosmetics.store , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not yet received it,you should reach out to the United States Postal Service and file a Claim.

Kay Kay Cosmetics LLC is NOT responsible if a package says DELIVERED. Kay Kay Cosmetics isn't responsible for any lost items. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.


Kay Kay Cosmetics does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.


Kay Kay Cosmetics is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. if items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local
post office.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being DELIVERED.


We offer USPS or UPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country. International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout.

Kay Kay Cosmetics does NOT cover any tariffs or custom fees.
During a Kay Kay Cosmetics Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
